In order to be more conscious of their impact in IAQ, this web shows the emissions of various scented products under the same conditions, measuring different IAQ mesurements of the space in both passive and active states of the products. The intention of this web is to provide a more detailed overview on substances currently on the market, and on the release characteristics of different types of air fresheners.
Fragrances are designed to impart aromas or mask odors, but these products can also release a variety of airborne chemicals, some of which may pose risks to indoor air quality.
