This syndrome has an incidence of 25% in people who regularly practice diving, causing pain, mandibular tension, overload, and movement limitations. Studies reveal that the greater the customization of the mouthpieces, the lower the possibility of suffering from TMD.

Thanks to 3D printing, we aim to design a 100% customized diving mouthpiece for each user. We allow the diver to adapt the mouthpiece connection to any regulator available on the market, improving grip and preventing deformations in the connection.

We have redesigned the airflow, considering its importance and the need to exert minimal effort during immersion. We offer personalized ergonomics for a more comfortable experience, adapting to the user’s mouth and improving mandibular tension to prevent Diver’s Mouth Syndrome. As a final touch, we offer the possibility to personalize the mouthpiece with a colour palette and name engraving, facilitating the identification of diving equipment and making it more custom for divers needs and likes.
