What There is Not (A Book on Silence)
In the modern world silence has ceased to exist and often feels like an enemy. What There Is Not delves into the world of silence, encouraging readers to embark on a journey of rediscovery, seeking and nurturing their own personal experience of it, and appreciating the profound value silence holds in our lives.
In the constant noise and distractions, silence offers a sanctuary—a space where we can reconnect with our inner selves and the world around us. Only through silence we can learn to speak a new language, fostering deeper and more authentic connections with reality. Silence and stillness are essential for us to truly appreciate the simplicity of everyday life, rediscover the beauty that surrounds us, and ultimately find genuine happiness.
