Archive: Chewing gum on the city pavements
Chewing gum on the streets has become part of everyday life: for as long as we can remember we have seen it, becoming almost invisible to our eyes. It takes years to degrade, leaves stains on the pavements that we have normalized and by the time it finally disappears, many others have accumulated nearby.
This documentation of discarded chewing gums in the gothic quarter in Barcelona highlights their negative impact.
