Nex(t)o
What if design didn’t come from the outside, but grew from within? Nex(t)o explores co-making as a way to surface shared knowledge, care, and identity. Rooted in the neighbourhood of La Florida, the project rethinks making not as production, but as presence—an invitation to listen, build, and belong.
Through slow, hands-on interventions, Nex(t)o questions top-down urban narratives. Using reclaimed materials and collaborative processes, it proposes a design method that values everyday expertise, visibility, and mutual learning. Integration becomes a shared act—built, not imposed.
