A critical written and video essay that examines how generative AI, particularly MidJourney, perpetuates harm by excluding Black Imaginaries, and how can it add new layers to necropolitics (Mbembe, 2003). I propose raising awareness and developing tools to educate on anti-racist perspectives, mitigate racial harm, and highlight the power of Black imaginaries as a structure without limits of borders and temporalities — a global root for futures.
