Becoming with Pigeons: Empathy and Urban Omnibenevolence
This project explores how urban pigeons in Barcelona can offer insight into nonhuman perspectives. Using ethnography, speculative design, and posthumanist theory, it questions the limits of empathy and relational care. Inspired by Donna Haraway’s “becoming with,” it investigates what it means to “become a pigeon” through embodied and speculative methods.
