Everardo Castro Torres is a Mexican architect, artisan, designer and performer. He holds a bachelor degree in Architecture by the University of Monterrey (UDEM) with an exchange program at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and has worked in architecture studios and developed independent projects around México. He is currently based in Barcelona where he attended the Master in Design for Emergent Futures led by FAB Lab Barcelona, IAAC and ELISAVA.
He found passion in handcrafts when he started creating functional and sculptural objects made out of collected wild clay, woodfired ceramics.
He is now researching about matter´s transformation through passive technologies, as well as further exploring and developing his passion for dance and the performative arts.
