I am Rosa Castelo, a Mexican visual artist currently living in Barcelona. I studied a Bachelor of Arts and am finished the Master's in Illustration and Graphic Narrative at Elisava. My practice focuses on illustration, visual narrative, acrylic painting, and textile techniques such as punch needle, tufting, and latch hook.

My style is characterized by the use of vibrant colors and interesting compositions, addressing themes such as mental health and nostalgia. I have participated in solo and group exhibitions in Mexico and have collaborated with independent publishers and galleries in Spain and Mexico. I also run my own art studio where I work as a freelancer.
